How to refer your patients to Peninsula Hearing
With 3 generations, and over 60 years’ of experience in providing hearing health care and advice to the local community, we are here to help and understand the importance of hearing on ones quality of life. Referring your patients to Peninsula Hearing is a quick and easy process and referrals are open to a wide range of GP’s and Practice Managers.
Peninsula Hearing provides subsidised hearing care for those eligible which includes pensioners and DVA card holders under the Australia Government Hearing Services program as well as those under WorkSafe Victoria.
The E-referral form is available below, and once completed you can either email it through to contact@penhear.com.au, or alternatively, you can give it to your patient and advise them to call Peninsula Hearing on (03) 9783 7677 to book an appointment.
