Diagnostic Hearing
Assessment
Comprehensive hearing tests including; otoscopy, tympanometry, pure-tone audiometry and speech testing. Testing available for: pensioners, DVA card holders, Workcover, Pre-employment, Police and Aviation testing.
Free Hearing
Screenings
A quick and easy 30-minute free hearing screening to check your hearing health and to check if further testing needs to be done.
Wax Removal
This service is offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. The Audiologist uses a gentle curette method of removal, no syringing required.
Tinnitus Management
We are accredited in Widex Zen Therapy, a proven tinnitus treatment and counseling program incorporating fractal tones that encourage relaxation and acclimatisation to tinnitus. For more information about tinnitus, click here.

There are many assistive listening devices and accessories that can be used on their own or in conjunction with hearing aids to help enhance your listening experience. These allow technology to seamlessly integrate into your everyday life.
Hearing Aid
Adjustments
Your hearing aids can be tuned up and or down at various frequencies to suit your hearing loss accordingly. An annual hearing review and adjustment are encouraged, to ensure your devices are meeting your hearing needs.
Impressions and
Ear Plugs
Custom made ear plugs fitted to the shape of your ear for hearing protection; noise and musician plugs. We also make earplugs for sleeping and swimming.
Hearing Aid
Repairs & Services
We offer minor on-the-spot repairs and cleaning. In some cases the hearing devices may need to be sent to the manufacturer for repair, which we can do for you.
Home visits are available for those unable to travel to the clinic. Call the clinic to arrange an appointment.
