Our response to the Covid-19 situation

We are taking strict precautions and are following the best practice to keep you and our staff safe.  We are doing this by performing adequate sanitising and hygiene, providing extra protective gear for out audiologists’ and complying with the 1.5 metre social distancing rule. We are also spacing out appointment times to ensure we do not have a waiting room full of clients and are limiting the number of people attending appointments.

Your hearing health and general well-being is our number one priority, and we are here to help you. Our doors remain open and we have and will continue to adapt the way we are providing our services to anyone who requires our support at this time. We are doing this in a number of new ways including: tele-services and remote care, and are offering home visits for those who cannot make it in to the clinic.

We are constantly analysing and reassessing the situation and will always be up to date with the latest Department of Health safety recommendations. If you would like to make an appointment or would prefer hearing support without coming into the center, please get in touch via our contact page or give our team a call (03) 9783 7677.
